The flat is ideally located – only a 5-minute walk to West Bridgford centre, and the bus to Nottingham city centre goes from the top of the street and takes about 10 minutes.
We have direct contact with our landlords (a married couple who own the whole building). They are great and very quick to sort any issues.
The flat has a private driveway with one shared parking space, and you can also get a parking permit for spaces by the Cricket Ground.
Inside, we have an open-plan kitchen/dining area with a dishwasher, fridge, air fryer, microwave, toaster and kettle. The living room and dining room are currently unfurnished but will be fully furnished soon (sofa and dining table on the way).
The bathroom is on the ground floor and has a large shower, sink, toilet, heated towel rail and washing machine. The lower ground floor has one bedroom and the living room.
