View this video for a tour of the house (bedroom 2 on the video is available). The room is available from Saturday 21st February and rent payment is due on the 18th of each month. You must be a young professional (not a student) as that’s what our landlord required. You will enrol to a monthly rolling contract, however the preferred tenant would be looking to stay for at least 12 months. The house is modern & newly refurbished in July 2023.

You will need to pay a deposit of £540 to secure the room and your first months rent will be due the day you move in which is £543.34.

Bills aren’t included in the rent, but average at around £125 a month (covering council tax band C, gas, electricity, contents insurance) with the winter months being higher due to the heating being on more frequently.

- Double room with a shared living room, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen and dining space and small patio garden
- Bus stop 30 second walk from the front door with links to the train station and city centre (number 11, 11a, 11c)
- 15 minute walk to Central Avenue and 40 minute walk to city centre 
- Co-op, pharmacy, hairdressers, post office and lots of pubs and cafes all on our road 
- Broadband is included and we are in council tax band C

A bit about us ... I (Danni) work for a marketing agency and mainly work from home (from my bedroom) and Raily is a beauty therapist. We are 27 & 26 years old and are good friends. We'd love for our new housemate to be a friend and be sociable with us, not just to co-exist. We spend time together at home watching movies and series, we also enjoy trying out new restaurants and bars in Nottingham. We both love a bit of crafting and things like cooking and baking together, and often have evenings as a house eg galentines/pancake day/christmas dinner etc. 

We're ideally looking a friendly, sociable girl who's like to join us for drinks/meals and that would like to become a friend. Our new housemate needs to be clean and tidy like us.
