The house was newly refurbished in July 2023 and is really well decorated, furnished and modern. One of the girls currently living here is moving in with her boyfriend, but we'd love to stay so looking for someone to take over her contract. The new tenant must be a young professional, not a student, as this is what our landlord requires.

See pictured the room available to rent. The room is available from Saturday 21st February and rent payment is due on the 18th of each month. You will enrol to a monthly rolling contract, however the preferred tenant would be looking to stay for at least 12 months.

You will need to pay a deposit of £540 to secure the room and your first months rent will be due the day you move in which is £543.34.

Bills aren’t included in the rent, but average at around £125 a month (covering council tax band C, gas, electricity, contents insurance) with the winter months being higher due to the heating being on more frequently.

- Bus stop 30 second walk from the front door with links to the train station and city centre (number 11, 11a, 11c)

- Broadband is included and we are in council tax band C

A bit about us ... I (Danni) work for a marketing agency and mainly work from home (from my bedroom) and Raily is a beauty therapist. We are 27 & 26 years old and are good friends. We'd love for our new housemate to be a friend and be sociable with us, not just to co-exist. We spend time together at home watching movies and series, we also enjoy trying out new restaurants and bars in Nottingham. We both love a bit of crafting and things like cooking and baking together, and often have evenings as a house eg galentines/pancake day/christmas dinner etc. 

We're ideally looking a friendly, sociable girl who's like to join us for drinks/meals and that would like to become a friend. Our new housemate needs to be clean and tidy like us.
