This is a double room in a 4 bedroomed, 3 storey house on Radcliffe road, West bridgford. There is a communal living and dining room as well as a large kitchen and bathroom. The house is fully double glazed and there is parking outside for up to 5 cars.
Currently there's 1 male and 2 females living in the house, all graduates and now working in the local area. We're laid back and friendly and are looking for the same in a new housemate, that said, we would appreciate the person to also be tidy and considerate.
The rent is £300 per month and the bills are usually around £80 per month (£380 total) This includes council tax, gas and electricity and broadband.
The house is ideally located for Nottingham city centre (about a 5-10 min drive) or West bridgford. The nearest bus stop is about a 1 min walk.
