Bathroom has been completely refurbished, and fitted with a free standing bath and walk in shower. House has 2 large extremely comfortable sofas and a dining room. The garden has decking, garden furniture and an outdoor table tennis table.

A cleaner will come every fortnight and do all rooms, not just the communal ones.

There is a double room available with is on the first floor adjacent to the bathroom. This room also comes with a connected virgin TV box. Fully furnished with double bed, comfy mattress, wardrobe and a large chest of draws.

The house is 5 mins from ASDA and other good quality local shops. Award winning chip shop and excellent Indian and Chinese takeaways are also nearby. West Bridgford High Street is 2 minutes walk away, which has a host of bars, restaurants and coffee shops which we like to visit often! There are frequent buses into Nottingham and surrounding areas from a bus stop which is 2 mins walk away. Also plenty of free on street parking outside the property and the surrounding streets.
