House is on the end of a cul-de-sac but opens onto a local road - so quick access to bus stop, post box, local co-op or large Morrison's is 5min walk away. Being located on the edge of West Bridgford, Edwalton and Gamston means you can get to town quickly or onto the main roads elsewhere. All bills included (incl. broadband). Local pubs are 10mins walk in either direction. Off street parking, bus stop 30secs away (West Bridgford town centre is 10mins, with Nottingham city centre/station 20mins.

The property owner lives-in but travels quite frequently and there is a small resident Pug dog who is very chilled. and knows he is not allowed in the lodgers room unless invited :-)
