Large attic room in comfortable friendly house

To anyone that has been trying to contact me, I'm afraid I typed my number incorrectly - and wondered why I wasn't getting any calls!! It's now corrected.

This is a very large room at the top of the house with sloping roofs (but plenty of headspace as it's so big) and roof windows. The house is also very comfortable with wood floors and very antique pine feel.

The downside is that the stairs to the room go straight into the room so there is no door on it but it's naturally a very private space - see pictures. This might sound bad but you get used to it very quickly. I lived in it for 3 years (about 8 years ago) and since then two girls have lived in the room for about 4 years each and I believe they were very happy. The other slight problem with the room is that it does get warm in the summer and a bit cold in the winter but not too much - and there is heating and two windows. You are welcome to contact the girl that has just moved out to talk to her about it before you move in (I'm not sure I still have the contact details of the girl before her).

The other two tenants are very friendly professionals - I haven't actually lived with them but the seem very nice and have both lived in the house for about 3 years.

The parking is on street by the way (I'm not sure if I should have said it has parking or doesn't - but you can always find a place to park close to the house).

Looking for a friendly, easygoing late twenties or thirties something professional - non smoking.

The rent includes council tax but not utilities.
