Furnished double room available with tv. On-street parking on quiet cul-de-sac and cycle storage available. Great location to open country-side, yet minutes away from the city centre and central west bridgford.

The house is very modern - open plan and recently refurbished. Its warm, light and airy - with access to a great decking and garden area.

I work full-time and have a fairly active social life. That said, Im pretty quiet, though enjoy listening to music, radio 4, 6music and occasional tv. Im pretty tidy, tho not obsessive and would expect the same in return. You would have access to all my appliances, and there is broadband.

Im offering the room ideally Mon-Fri only.
