We’re looking for young professional, who will fit in well with the current housemates. It is a mixed houseshare, currently 3 girls & 2 boys.
It will suit someone who is clean & tidy, friendly and sociable, but who is also respectful of others.

We have a bright double room becoming available, with its own private sunny south facing balcony. It is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, wall shelves and two chests of drawers. It has a lovely feature fireplace and the added feature of French doors giving you direct access out onto the private sunny, south facing balcony with its own bistro table & chairs, overlooking the garden. This room will be available from late March. This room is £665 pcm and is fully inclusive of all bills.

We have a second, large room available from 21st April. It has french doors leading out onto a private bistro table and then the full garden area beyond. It is fully furnished with plenty of room for a desk for at home working. This room is £645 pcm all incl.
The house is on a classic, tree-lined street in West Bridgford which is well situated, within easy walk of the centre of West Bridgford, Asda, David Lloyd, & bus routes into the city centre. The house itself is a spacious Edwardian property with lots of character.

Rent is fully inclusive of all bills (gas, water, elec, council tax, landline, broadband, gardener), and there are no other reference or contract fees.

About me, I’m a live-out landlord. My husband and I have only 2 tenanted houses, both in West Bridgford, which we’ve had for 20+ years. Each room is really lovey, but these two especially so with French doors directly into the beautiful, south facing garden.
