I've got a spacious 3 bedroom house in West Bridgford, I'm looking to rent the top floor out which comprises of one double bedroom with en-suite. The bedroom is already furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, dressing table and wardrobe. The photos should give you a good idea.

The room would ideally suit a female due to the decor. I'm looking for a house mate to share the house who is friendly, sociable and easy going.
