Friendly houseshare in W Bridgford available Jul 9

We have a second floor double room available in a sociable and friendly houseshare in West Bridgford. The room and house come fully furnished, and are as shown in the pictures. There is a dedicated off-street parking space included as well.

We are four girls, all professionals, and are all between 23-36 years old. We all met through moving into this house and are a friendly bunch who enjoy socialising together, and we're keen to find someone similar. We're quite active and enjoy lots of outdoor activities, as well as a good pub quiz, night in the local, or dinner together.

Admin wise, the rent and council tax (£35pcm) are paid straight to the landlord, and the rest of the bills are all on monthly payment plans so are easy to budget for. They come in under £40 a month all in, including water, electricity, gas, TV/broadband, and TV licence. The deposit is £300 and there is also a one-off admin fee of £49 paid to the landlord.
