Lodger/s wanted for house (owners are away alot)

Hi Everyone,

We are currently working away from Nottingham but have a house on the edge of West Bridgford near the river. The house is over three stories and has four bedrooms with 2 reception rooms and a kitchen and garden. We come back to Nottingham every couple of months and keep the attic room (and it’s on suite bathroom) for us only- We also want to use one smaller bedroom to keep our stuff locked away in as well. You would have your own bedroom with its own family bathroom as well as access to a guest bedroom as well as a dining room (that has a bed in it at the minute) and the living room and kitchen as well as a medium sized garden and patio. We may also have some work on the house done whilst we are away but would always check with you if this is ok e. g. we might have a driveway put in and the pond removed from the garden but nothing major construction wise in the house. If it’s something you might be interested in then let me know and I can send you the pictures. Also in terms of us coming back we can let you know in advance. We will be there at the beginning of August to meet you and show you around or could do a skype otherwise. Many thanks
