I'm looking for someone clean and friendly, who isn't going to wake myself and neighbours up in the night with 'parties' (bad experience before).
on this occasion would be forced to give a two week notice to tenants.

ideally looking for professional tenant, looking to stay for at least 6 months.

double room, shared bathroom, lounge and kitchen in a very spacious flat. comes furnished with double bed and mattress, clothes rail etc but can be removed if necessary.

quiet street with on street parking (glebe road)

5 minutes to central avenue with bars, bus links, restaurants and shops and around the corner from local shops and takeaway and bus routes in and out of town.

only myself living in the property. surrounded by lovely neighbours (a family, and middle aged man who sorts out bins and odd jobs).

unfortunately no pets allowed.

i work in a restaurant/bar, but that doesn't mean i roll in making a lot of noise when i get home. i'm very aware of other people and respect anti social hours and would expect the same from someone moving in.

i'm 26 and work full time as a waitress, save up my pennies and go away quite a lot whenever i can. so i am often away! i enjoy my own space the majority of the time, but i enjoy a chilled evening in the lounge also. i spend most days and evenings at work, and my days off often include my quilt and netflix.

i'm a friendly and accommodating person, and want someone to move in with that i can get along with, but also who respects the flat like i would, keeping it clean and comfy.

i have rented the the flat for 4 years, it is convenient and comfy and i've tried my best to make it somewhere nice to live. I am just looking for someone who i can get along with and trust to look after the flat as i would!
