House share - dog friendly.

Whitwell village, On offer is a single bedroom, in a house share.
I have 2 dogs, and they have free roam of the house & garden.
There is fast broadband/cable internet for anyone looking to work from home.
This is a house share for someone who has one small dog; and who is not bothered about the aesthetic of the house.
I am in the process of doing the house up, the garden is perfect for dogs, the room is clean & tidy, and your dog can sleep with you....
I would prefer a person of a similar age, but can be flexible on that.
it's a nice street to live on, short distance to the train station, for Nottingham/Worksop, & bus stop just across the road, for Chesterfield.
It's a nice village to live in, and the neighbours are friendly.
