Large fourth bedroom to let in family home.
Husband and wife and two daughters (aged 13 and 18).
Tenant will share bathroom with the 2 girls (hence, women only).
Property is a large converted pub, in the village of Whitwell, with off road parking and large garden.
Direct buses to Chesterfield and Worksop, and direct Robin Hood Line trains to Worksop, Mansfield and Nottingham
We also have 2 small Jack Russells in the house, so dog lovers would be preferred.
Also willing to negotiate a higher rent, and provide evening meals, if required.
Wifi, use of washing machine, dishwasher etc
Sunday/Monday to Friday preferred.
