Semi detached town-house in Wilford Place with 2 private parking spots right outside. The room has a king sized ottoman bed (ideal for storage) in it with en-suite shower and toilet. The shared kitchen and living room are big and spacious with an office upstairs for remote working. I will also live there so would be great to be able to hang out!

The garden in the back has outdoor furniture and is big enough to chill or have drinks outside. The house is a 5 minute walk from Wilford Lane tram stop which takes about 10 mins right into the city. We have a co-op round the corner which you can walk to for shopping and a bit further on are Aldi, Lidl and Starbucks.

I work remotely full time so I am in the house a lot, I looove exercise so if you do too, thats an added bonus. The house has three floors so we're not in each others space too much. It takes about 5-10 min to walk to the river too.
