Looking for a pleasant, easy going person to lodge at my house. Hopefully tidy and considerate. Would suit a post graduate/PhD student as near to the universities. I work as a Midwife and live with my two teenagers. We re relaxed, friendly and relatively quiet ! Have had two lodgers in the past and it has been a really positive experience so hoping for the same this time! House is really convenient for town.
