Large double room to rent in the Wilford area. Furnished or unfurnished accommodation with a shared kitchen, bathroom and on road parking and Virgin broadband. All costs are included in the rent.
The house itself is situated 20 minutes walk form Nottingham city centre and is also near two bus routes into town and very close to the new Tram line. There are 3 nice local pubs serving quality menus and a gym close by, local co op and petrol station.
Plenty of safe on street parking in a great area.
The room has a wardrobe, desk and chair bedside table, chest of draws, curtains, carpet, lamp, mirror, bookcase and a single bed though a double would fit easiliy.
We are flexible about furnishings and can add or remove as required.
The kitchen has 2 large fridge freezers 2 flat mates to each. A dining table and chairs, cooker, washer,, microwave and everything else you would need. Each flat mate has their own allocated kitchen storage units.
2 bathrooms.
All appliances and Gas fittings are safety checked.
There are 3 male flatmates all working very quiet and tidy.
Everyone in the house is warm and welcoming and we all help each other as much as possible ensuring a safe and happy household.
