Double room in nice, modern semi.

I am looking for a housemate to join me in this 3 bed property.

It is situated only a few minutes walk from several pubs, a co op and a tram stop. The A52 isn't too far away so great transport links.

Downstairs is a spacious living room with nice sofa and big TV with sky and broadband. The other room is a kitchen / dining area. There is also a downstairs toilet and porch area.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms - the 3rd bedroom is quite small so that is used as a dressing / ironing room and it has 2 big wardrobes in. The bedroom available is small double with use of the dressing room and wardrobes. It has a double bed and mattress. The bathroom is awesome and really nicely finished.

The property has a driveway but unless you drive a Toyota Aygo - you won't fit! There is parking on the street. The large garden with patio doors will be great in the summer!

I am looking for someone who is tidy and respectful. I do work some weekends so don't want a massive party animal thanks. I am easy-going, friendly and tidy.
