Double room in lovely 4 bed detatched house

One of my spare rooms is available for a professional person in a very well equipped and immaculately furnished 4 bed detached house in Woodthorpe.

The house is located in a small development of 5 properties and set back from the main road and hence is very quiet.
Everything in the house has been totally refitted, it’s decorated in cream with a combination of light coloured carpets / wooden floors.

The kitchen is very well equipped (large fridge, freezer, washer / dryer, dishwasher, gas hob, microwave, electric oven) and overlooks the rear lawned garden. Sky TV is in both the conservatory and main lounge. All bills and broadband is included.

Downstairs rooms in the house are kitchen, conservatory, lounge, dining room and WC.
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, 3 double (1 with en suite which I occupy), 1 single room and the main bathroom.

It’s the 2nd double that I’m renting out and you will effectively have exclusive use of the bathroom which has a power shower, bath etc.

I have a cleaner every week.

I’m a professional, really friendly easy going guy and this is an excellent room. No preference male / female, must be non smoker.
