Double Room in a quiet area. of Worksop

Hello,
Double room available in a 3 bed house in a semi rural, quiet area on the outskirts of Worksop.

The room would suit a quiet single female who prefers a peaceful and quiet environment. (although we might play our music a little loud on rare occasions!)

Lovely, newly redecorated double room with a pastel, calming theme. Décor could be altered if preferred.

The room has a double bed and includes supplied clean bedding, two double wardrobes, a desk, /dressing table with chair, shoe storage, bedside table and lamps. There is also a device charging socket for your 'phone/laptop.

The large, shared bathroom is equipped with a shower and a large bath, basin, WC, towel radiator and storage.

The shared facilities also include the living room which is furnished with a sofa, table chair and large TV with surround sound.
There is also a fully insulated conservatory which is used as a gaming /reading/music room.

The kitchen has a gas hob, grill and oven. Washing machine, no tumble dryer but we mostly use the outside washing line; fridge freezer, iron, ironing board, combination microwave, toaster, and kettle. There is also plenty of cupboard space..

The lovely 3 bed semi detached house, which is the lowest council tax band A, is kept cozy by a full gas central heating system and double glazed windows and doors, each room has a radiator which can be thermostatically controlled.

Outside there is a patio area leading from the conservatory and an organic cottage garden. In the back there is a pond and the 2 elderly chickens who provide the occasional, free range eggs.
There are often frequent robin and hedgehog visitors to the garden, too.
Street parking is readily available. We have a 3 car drive and a double garage, which usually has our camper van and rally car taking up the space but there is plenty of safe storage for bikes etc. in the garage. There is a large motorhome on the drive which may be available to rent by separate negotiation.

Rent includes household bills including unlimited broadband, electricity and gas.

It is a short walking distance to Worksop town centre or a 5 minute drive. There is a regular bus route nearby. There are lovely walks close by including a beautiful woodland path leading to the nearby forests and Clumber Park..

We enjoy travel, reading, gaming, gardening, socialising and days out, exploring.
We eat, (usually) a healthy, home cooked kind of diet and generally enjoy a carefree and semi retired, relaxed lifestyle.
