Lodger wanted for private house in Worksop Area

Must be pet friendly, honest and reasonably clean please.
I have a very cute little dog ( Jack shit ) who everyone loves and wants to kidnap!! Old slinky cat ghost who keeps out of the way mostly, and outside (in its own mansion), a ferret who was rescued from my neighbours... and two rescue dogs Sausage & Pasha who are awaiting surgery ... They are clean, very affectionate and well behaved ( more so than me!!) and there is no doggie smells etc !!

You have free run of the downstairs, bedroom you are renting, bathroom etc... house is eclectic and contemporary, just finishing off a private work office/area which will not affect you. Nice neutral restful bathroom with heated shower.

I have a job in the music industry that means I often arrive home early hours of the morning esp at weekends, and sometimes takes me away. On occasion for a few months... so I need to know you are trustworthy please.
I do come in quietly usually, but ideal for shift worker too as I try not to get up until 10am...

I also have neighbours so just normal and reasonable consideration expected. Very laid back and relaxed atmosphere esp.. in the evenings.

You will be responsible for your own cleaning, washing and general tidying etc.

I speak fairly fluent Spanish, understand French some BSL & am learning Italian. So I don't mind exchange students or International lodgers.

I don't mind you having someone trustworthy to stay on occasion but you will have to cover any extra usage of bills such as electric or gas please.

The use of private phone line is not included. Good mobile and internet signals in the area though.
