Large double room in Abingdon

Lovely double room available in a shared house.

Looking for a female housemate.

There are 2 bathrooms in the house, one opposite this room so you will have primary use of this, however it is shared as it's the only one with a bath. The other one is an ensuite in one of the other rooms.

I live here with my partner and 2 cats. We are looking to have a lodger as have a spare room and the house is plenty big enough for 3 people. We are looking for the right person who is compatible with us. Hoping we will all get on, but we all also appreciate our own space and time as most people do. Looking for someone who is considerate and tidy. We try our best to be these things too and are generally pretty easy going people. We both work from home at least 2 days a week, usually different days. I don't mind if you work from home 1 or 2 days a week but not full time. We are in the rooms on the upstairs floor and you would be on your own downstairs so the house does feel quite spacious.

I'm afraid I would not want partners or friends staying around regularly, though the odd occasion would be ok, but please bear this in mind before getting in touch as it may not be the right house for you.

The room is spacious. The house is a 2 minute walk away from buses that go to Oxford, Didcot and Milton park about every 30 minutes (X2) or a 10 minute walk away from buses that go there even more frequently. It is a 10 minutes walk to Abingdon centre and is located very close to Albert park.

There is off street parking available

The room and house are fully furnished and I have all kitchen utensils and equipment that you are welcome to use. The window has a roll up blind and the furniture will be different to this picture. We are planning to paint the room before someone moves in. The bathroom has been renovated since this picture.

All bills are included (gas, electric, water, internet, council tax)

Our two cats mostly keep to themselves, they are really sweet, but you'll need to like cats. It would be amazing if you wouldn't mind feeding them occasionally if we are away. Currently our neighbours help us out and we help them with their cat.
