These comfortably large top floor rooms (one with En-suite) are in a newly refurbished house, located in the friendly neighbourhood of Abingdon. The house has a homely feel with a nice modern finish as a continuous theme running through the house.

The current tenants have set a welcoming feel in the property, they are mixed gender, young working professionals (ages 21-35) who are looking for another clean and tidy housemate!

The House consists of a large shared open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area offering an ideal space for socialising and has a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV.

The house has 1 shared bathroom (2 of the rooms have ensuite), with a large sitting area and spacious kitchen.

LOCATION:

The house is nicely situated being just under a mile from the town centre. Also, under half a mile to the business park near the A34. Making its location ideal for commuting to and from work whichever transport you plan to use!
