Large semi firnished double in 3 bed semi OX14

Hi there

Large furnished (or semi furnished as preferred) double available in friendly 3 person house share.

The house is a 3 bed semi with a bathroom and a seperate downstairs toilet, living room and kitchen diner. There is plenty of storage inside and outside of the house and a good sized garden.

The town centre and supermarkets are 5/10 minute walk away as are bus stops going into Oxford/Didcot etc.

The house has wireless internet and basic Sky tv which, like other bills are included in the price.

Ideal housemate would be of a similar age, so in their 30's, but most important is that they are easy to get along with and contribute to the cleaning. Will love them for ever if they like gardening!

Living here currently is myself (35yr old land lady) and a second woman called Kerry who is in her early thirties. I'm a member of a rowing club, like running, walking festivals and getting away etc, and Kerry is a deputy head teacher who does a lot of dancing, choreography and theatre.

Living room is a shared space but I tend to dominate it with my trash TV watching. The guy moving out had a TV set up in his room to watch sport on!
