Double room in quiet house

I have a double room to rent in my very clean house.

The double room is a decent size and there is an extra storage space outside the room (airing cupboard) for you. There is space in the garage to keep a bicycle, if you have one.

You will be living with one other very quiet lodger and me, the house owner. We are very quiet, particularly at night, so it would suit someone who would like a quiet, private place.

The rent includes utility bills and council tax. There's some flexibility around the start date.
