I had an intern from Milton Park last year and it was perfect, so thought I'd put it out there again, as I'm looking to sell by September.....If I get a job....

Last year I had a 3rd year pharmaceutical degree lady for 12 weeks but happy for any short term solutions I can provide.

Top tip don't ever say never... I once viewed 3 rooms in a day, the 1st was house with 5 dogs 2 ladies, I thought no way!...... I stayed 2 years in that house and loved every minute. ALWAYS go and have a look...

So just to be clear.... as I know from this business of advertising some people do not read, the ad.

I can't take a long term let and need the property to stay tip top condition as just painted. I can only take a lodger from may until August.....

I'm a teacher and want to move up North in the summer. I don't repeat myself this much in real life.

For 11 years I spent my time living in Shared accommodation from HMOs to what I'm offering which is sharing with a landlord. Is personally preferred it to HMO.

You don't really care you want to know about the room...

There is a, Shared with other, flats garden, it's gravel, I know, but it does have washing lines which are good for drying clothes.

Who will I be living with,
I teach Art at High school; I like running I've done some marathons; I'm happy to watch whatever on TV; I'm very tidy and like cleaning; I enjoy cooking and baking.

A dog lives in the flat she's very friendly!

Who I'm looking for looking for:
Someone who is generally tidy, pleasant, easy going don't mind gender or age I'm happy to accommodate a mon-fri or 7 days a week. Is this you, if so contact me and come and look round, some negotiation is possible for different circumstances.
