Single room

I have a newly decorated single room, as it’s small and the rental doesn’t have a shared lounge it might be suitable for short term let or annually if Mon - Fri.
The house is in a quiet street, near to bus routes to Didcot or Oxford and there is on street parking if you have a car. The kitchen is small, but easily workable and use of dining room and South facing courtyard garden is shared.
I have a small dog who is friendly, but can be noisy ( only when when someone comes to the door) , so must like/ feel comfortable around dogs.
