The room is in a spacious, quiet, modern, detached family home situated in a delightful cul-de-sac location in north Abingdon. Own, off street, free parking directly outside of property. Fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, etc) and utility room shared with myself. Recently installed new combi boiler with smoke and heat detectors around the house.
Would best suit a quiet, clean person with a car.
