This home is located a 10min walk from Abingdon town centre, where Abingdon High Street, bus stops and shops are located.

There Is 1 x double room available. (Large double).. The room is furnished and has a table. Please see pictures.

The rate includes bills (gas, electric, water, council tax) and fast fibre broadband. But doesn't include use of landline phone.

There is a cleaner that comes up to twice a month to clean the communal areas that is included in the rate.

This 2 storey Terrence house is situated 12 minutes walk from Waitrose and an easy 10 min walk to bus stops to Milton Park (Milton park is 20min bus ride), Culham science centre, Harwell Science Campus, and Oxford city centre.

The property has gas central heating, washing machine, microwave, cooker, fridge/freezer and is non-smoking throughout.

The property is a 3 bed property in a quiet residential area of Abingdon. All are welcome to share the living room, kitchen/diner and private enclosed garden with a shed for bikes. Obviously, should you wish to do your own thing that’s fine too! Shared use of downstairs shower room. Easy access to Driveway parking/on street is also available.

I aim to provide a home that you would feel comfortable sharing with myself (live-in landlord (usually present during part of the working week) who has a full time job)..

Please note, I prefer a 6 month plus. Term and single occupancies are preferable.

This household has an early morning routine, and. I should add, I prefer to live with people that have similar hours to me (day time working hours) rather than someone that works very late / gets up at 3/4am - as I prefer unbroken sleep - thank you for your understanding.

I’m looking for someone who is trustworthy, willing to clean up after themselves (especially in shared areas) and considerate of each other and my home..

The house is just a few minutes away from the beautiful Thames and the magnificent Abbey grounds and historical town centre.
