Sunny room to rent in Abingdon house-share

Room to rent in Abingdon as part of a house-share with three young male professionals working in software engineering and research. We are a friendly, respectful and tidy household who are all quite introverted, but enjoy socialising now and again. We're also quite into being active and the outdoors, so this room might suit someone with similar interests.

The room is South-facing, gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day, and has a nice view of the back-garden.
The property is a two storey, 4-bed detached house with a huge garden and lots of floor space. The kitchen is large and would be great for dinner parties. I have constructed two raised beds in the garden that would be ideal for growing flowers or vegetables if you are interested in gardening.
The garden has a lot of potential but I haven't stayed long enough to make much of an impact- there is pendulous sedge EVERYWHERE!

There are also upstairs and downstairs shared bathrooms, a large storage room, living room, as well as two garages. There is space on the drive for two cars, with on-street parking nearby. The neighbourhood is really nice, with friendly people next-door and mostly families around.

The house is ideally located on the edge of Abingdon for commuting into Oxford, Didcot or Harwell. Its also within walking distance of a local supermarket and has plenty of footpaths in the surrounding countryside across the A34. I've personally really enjoyed living here so hopefully you might too :)

The bedroom could potentially come furnished or unfurnished; my wrought-iron frame bed and ladder style desk/shelf are up for grabs if you're interested, as are numerous house-plants. The room will become available at the start of September - drop me a message if interested.
