Double room in spacious shared house, Abingdon

We're looking for a third housemate to join our house in north-west Abingdon; the room is first floor rear overlooking the garden, and measures 3.3m × 3.1m. The room currently has a small wardrobe and armchair which you're welcome to use or take out, plus also a double or single bed if needed.

The house has a kitchen and washing room with all the usual white goods plus dishwasher, enormous sitting room, spare bedroom, back garden, and drive with space for a few cars.

Two of us live there currently; we're friendly and tidy but laid-back. We tend to be out most weekdays and in most weekday evenings.

Rent is £460 p. m. without bills (approx. £560 p. m. with, house is council tax band D), and the deposit is £450. Do get in contact if you'd like a chat/look!
