I have one double bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom in a lovely 3 bedroom house in a quiet cul-de-sac in North Abingdon available from 1st September 2025.

Preferably a single female to share the house with one other professional female.

The space includes the master bedroom with private en-suite (the family bathroom is used solely by the other tenant, so you have your own bathrooms), downstairs toilet, kitchen, lounge, dining room, garden and one parking space on the drive.

This would ideally suit someone who loves cats as there are two ginger kitties (Timon & Pumba) who live in the house, they adore cuddles and will love you back if you show them some attention and feed them (I provide all of the cat food). I hope someone will really like the fact that there are cats included in the house share.

The house is 10 minutes walk to the nearest Tesco and Aldi, 15 minute walk to the bus stop for buses to Oxford, 10 minute bike ride to Radley train station, and about 20 minutes walk into the centre of Abingdon. It's conveniently situated in North Abingdon so you're very close to the A34; the A40, M40 and M4 are easily accessible. Culham Science centre, Abingdon Science park, Oxford Science Park, Oxford Business park, Milton Park and Harwell centre are within 10-20 minute drive. Abingdon and Witney college and Radley college are within a
5 minute drive.

Location:
The house is situated in a lovely and peaceful cul-de-sac in North Abingdon, but it's also close enough to walk into the town centre, with it's various coffee shops, restaurants, pubs and beautiful river walks. And only £5 in a taxi, if you don't feel like walking!

Travel to Oxford:
– The bus stop with frequent direct buses to Oxford is 15 minutes' walk away, and the journey takes 20–25 min depending on time of day.
– Radley train station is a 10-minute cycle away, and the train from there (bikes allowed on board) takes 8 minutes to Oxford station, 11 minutes to Didcot, and 55 minutes to Paddington.
– Alternatively there's a cycle route along the river to Oxford, and easy cycling to Didcot.

Bills are included in the rental cost (at reasonable usage!)
