Double Ensuite Bedroom House Share in Abingdon

Hi, I have a house that I've agreed to move into in end of September/October. It is a 2 bedroom house, so I'm searching for someone to join me in renting the whole place.

An important note is that the landlord has indicated that he may move back into the house in January if his work abroad is not renewed. So the tenancy may only be for 3 months. However if his work abroad is renewed, we'd be able to stay in the house long term.

About me: I'm easy going and would like to find a housemate who is similar. While I like having my own space, It would be great to find someone willing to make it a shared home, who's happy to use social spaces and be open to doing things together occasionally, be that sharing a meal or just watching TV.

There's a space on the top floor/attic conversion that I will be using as an office as I'll be working from home as a video editor. But am happy to also use it as a second living area or if you need the space on evenings/weekends for something else.
