Two rooms with personal use of bathroom

I have a five bedroom house on three floors. I wish to let the top floor which consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom to a single person. The house is in Abingdon near theAldi supermarket. The larger room has a double bed and a wardrobe and chest of draws and a telly. The other room has a dining table and chairs, a sofa, a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster. You can use the kitchen on the ground floor if you want to cook using an oven. There is a bathroom for your exclusive use on the floor. Parking available on the drive. You can use the garden if you want.
The rent covers all bills and includes hgh speed internet.
The house is near a bus stop for Oxford and it is easily commutable to Abingingdon, Culham, Harwell and Didcot station and Business Park. I'm happy to do a "video visit" and the accommodation is available from the 1st of March. More photos to come.
