Large double room/private parking space

Hello!

I have a large double room to rent out in my house in Abingdon for single occupancy.

You will living with me, Anthony, the live-in landlord.

The room has plenty of storage space and is fully furnished.

The room comes with its own private parking space beside the property.

There is a shared kitchen and dining area (though no living room) and there are gardens at both the front and the back.

I am a very quiet, private person so if you are looking for a nice, quiet, clean place, this room would definitely suit!

I'd be happy to show the room on a weekend or on a weekday evening.
