Double room with en-suite in Abingdon

Looking for a cat loving flatmate! 🐈‍⬛
I am looking for someone who would be interested in moving into my gorgeous Abingdon flat with me and my kitten Napoleon!

-The room is a double with your own private en-suite and double wardrobe
-It’s 35 minutes on the X2 and the stop is directly out the front of the flat
-Pub at the end of the road and Loose Cannon brewery two minutes away
-M&S, Big Tesco and Waitrose are all in walking distance
-We have the Ock Valley River walk behind us which is so beautiful and full of wildlife!
-WFH is welcome, Napoleon would love the company
-Landlords are lovely friends who live around the corner and are so helpful with anything we could need.

Ideally about you:
-Likes cats! Very important for me as I will be away for the first few months and need someone to take good care of Napoleon.
-Cheaper rent in exchange can be discussed!
- Women only enquire please
-Are looking for somewhere more than a sharehouse so can help make our flat a home!
-Neat, tidy, all the usual things
-Ideally vegan or vegetarian, if not then has own separate trays/equipment

About Me:
I love reading, I have a very big library that you are welcome to borrow from!
I'm a writer so I'm very quiet
I work in a lovely cafe so there's always great coffee and leftover pastries available for us!

Details:
Room is £700 a month plus £210 utilities and council tax

Move in date would be ideally the 9th of October. I won’t be back from Australia until after then so looking after Napoleon would come with the room, for a reduced month of rent!

I would love to have you over to see the flat and meet Napolen so would like to arrange a meeting for next week if you are interested!
