Room for Let

We have a good sized double room in a pleasant house in the quiet street. Within 10 minutes drive of Milton Park, Abingdon, Didcot and A34. The double room is basically furnished, We also have internet and TV in the room, enough space for your own stuff and a decent sized built-in wardrobe. bathroom (with Bath/Shower). Use of the kitchen also. The garden is medium sized and well looked after, bills are included in the rental price. We prefer one person in the room not really wanting a couple.
Ideally looking for a student who will stay for limited period or a student who will return home for weekends.
We are not interested in a full time 7 day a week lodger.

I have a large dog who is very friendly. We would prefer someone staying Monday to Friday but would consider 7 nights on occasions. could also do washing for a small fee.
