Double room available in our modern, clean, lovely Abingdon townhouse for Monday to Friday rental.

This would ideally suit someone working in the area during the week seeking somewhere comfortable and well equipped to sleep, as an alternative to more costly hotels.

The location is great - Central Abingdon, only 2 minute walk to shops, restaurants, gym, pubs and frequent bus services to Oxford and Didcot but tucked away in a quiet development.

The house is arranged over three floors with living room and kitchen on first floor.

The bedroom is on the ground floor, and is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV with freeview and DVD player.

The occupant will have use of the main bathroom upstairs with bath and shower and a washroom on the ground floor.

You will have use of broadband, large fully equipped kitchen/diner with dishwasher (incl pots, pans, cutlery, crockery etc - you wouldn't need to bring anything to cook), and utility room with washer and tumble dryer. There is driveway parking and facility to store a bike in garage if required.

The home is non-smoking. Rent is inclusive of all bills (except landline phone calls).

Low deposit - equivalent of one week rent only.
