We’re looking for a friendly professional to replace Susie who has moved away. This is no ordinary Room to let. It’s a share of a home. The room available is a double room with a built in double wardrobe, leaving ample room for a double bed, desk, chair etc. The house is a spacious 4 bedroom with lots of storage in North Abingdon. If you need to work from home then you’ve got the space to spread out, as there’s a large dining room , plus the large shared living room with TV . Plus there’s excellent broadband. There are no queues in the morning for the bathroom as no more than two tenants need to share the two bathrooms and three loos. The rent pays everything so you know where you are each month. All bills are covered, including broadband, TV license, plus you have a regular cleaner for shared areas and all the gardening is done. Lovely garden for barbecues in the good weather. Driveway or quiet road parking. Bike storage for cyclists. Handy for Abingdon Business and Science Parks, Milton Park, Harwell, Culham and Oxford.
