The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and clothes hanging space.

The occupant will have use of main bathroom upstairs with bath.
The house has a well equipped kitchen (incl pots, pans, cutlery, crockery etc - you wouldn't need to bring anything to cook).

The location is fantastic - just by the river and Abbey in central Abingdon, 1 minute walk to shops, restaurants, pubs and frequent bus services to Oxford, but on a small quiet street.

To be shared with a friendly professional female at weekends and occasional weekday evenings.

The home is non-smoking. Rent is inclusive of all bills except landline phone calls.
