Large double in lovely spacious 2 bed house

Hi,

I will be renting a lovely house near Albert Park in Abingdon from early May, and am looking for someone to share it with.

It's a Victorian Terrace with plenty of space - a large living room/study (will have a sofa bed for guests), and a big kitchen (including double oven, gas hob and loads of cupboard space) with room to eat. There is a (mainly paved) South facing garden that will be nice in the summer, and a garage for storage. Upstairs there is a large bathroom with bath and separate shower. The room itself if very large too.

The house is currently unfurnished. I do have quite a bit of furniture, and am happy to furnish the living areas. I may also have a bed frame/ some other furniture for the bedroom if wanted. If you have your own furniture there is space for it though!

About me: I'm a self employed horticulturist. I love all things plants, and have an allotment. Main hobbies include cooking and eating - if in good company then all the better! I also like arty/ crafty stuff.... but often go months without actually doing anything creative!

I would like to find a non-smoking friendly housemate who is looking for a home rather than just a place to sleep/ stay in their room all the time. Someone to share a cup of tea/ glass of wine and a chat with, maybe the odd impromptu meal!
