This is a sunny, south-facing double room in Abingdon. The house is in a nice area, on a quiet street close to Albert Park and with easy access to the A34. The town centre and bus stops are about ten minutes walk away. There is parking available, and room for storing a bicycle.

The room is fully furnished with: three-quarter bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, bookcase, and desk/dressing table. There is also a built-in wardrobe. The room gets lots of light.

The rent includes: use of electricity, gas, and water; share of TV licence and council tax; use of broadband; and access to shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and garden.

I have three cats, so am looking for a lodger who likes cats and will be considerate towards them.
