Lovely Friendly Flat Share- Double Room

I am looking for a professional guy or gal to rent the spare double room in my 2 bed flat. Would like someone sociable, considerate and easy going, that would enjoy nights in watching a film, or the very occasional night out here and there.

The flat is lovely and spacious located on the first floor with all the mod cons (even has a dishwasher!) The common areas include one big bathroom, a large living area/dining area and a fully fitted kitchen which are all fully furnished. The bedroom has an in built wardrobe and comes fully furnished with double bed with memory foam mattress. Parking is not an issue as there are spare spaces in the car park and free street parking right outside the flat. All bills are inclusive within the rent price of £545, including Sky TV and Broadband.

The flat is a stone’s throw away from the river (which is where the nearest pub is) and only 10 minutes walk into the centre of town. The flat is well located for Business parks such as Milton Business park, Abingdon Science park, Abingdon Business park along with Rutherford Appleton Laboratory. Oxford and Didcot aren’t far away either with good transport links.

Obviously living with one other person can be intense so here is a little about me. I’m a social, easy going, tidy and very friendly 23 year old with only the slightest disposition to sarcasm. I enjoy cycling, tennis, swimming and hockey (in fact any sport where I can chase a ball), as well as cooking, watching a film and when the occasion calls for it, a night out about town. I have been living in a house share in Oxford for the last 10 months whilst working in Botley as a Chiropractor and now making the move to Abingdon.

I would be willing to consider the addition of a furry friend in the right circumstances.
