2 rooms for the price of 1

I am looking for a friendly, easy going professional female to rent a room in my lovely 4 bed town house close to Abingdon town centre. The price of £550 (includes Wifi) excludes bills but is for 2 rooms so you can have your own lounge/study separate to your bedroom. Both rooms are unfurnished.
There is a shower room and a bathroom which will be shared with 1 other person.
Must be comfortable living with a dog as I have a super friendly but large dog who lives in the house.
The property is within walking distance of Abingdon town centre, with a bus stop just outside which offers a great service to Oxford. It also offers an easy commute to Milton Park and only a few minutes to the A34.
The house it's self is a new build with a private garden and parking available.
I will consider either a Monday-Friday rental or 7 days a week.
