Fourth housemate required to join friendly professional house share in Abingdon. Double furnished room with desk and large built in wardrobes so lots of storage space. The house has a fully equipped kitchen diner with dishwasher, two washing machines and a dryer. It also has a lovely courtyard garden. The shower room/upstairs loo is shared with only one other housemate.

Rent is inclusive of all bills except landline phone calls. A short walk by the river into Abingdon with all the local bus routes to surrounding villages (incl. Milton and Culham) or into central Oxford. Abingdon Business Park is a 15 min walk.

Deposit of £480 required, £50 tenancy admin fee and £30 deposit protection fee (My Deposits scheme).

Would suit professional person - 3-4 months tenancy preferred, short let or Mon-Fri considered. Single occupancy only, no couples, pets or DSS.
