Rooms available in modern townhouse

Hi, my current housemates are moving out at the end of February to move nearer to Oxford, so I am looking for 2 new housemates to share with so I don't have to move out! I'm looking for 2 people roughly my age, who are friendly, fun and sociable but not rowdy!

The house is a modern townhouse, situated near Waitrose in Abingdon. It has has 3 double bedrooms, and both available are roughly 14 x 11 ft. There are 2 bathrooms and 1 separate toilet. One bathroom has a bath with no shower and the other has a shower with no bath.
There is quite a large living room / dining area and a smallish kitchen with washing machine and fridge/freezer. There is also a small garden at the back and a carport with 2 parking spaces.

The house is unfurnished, so if you have furniture already (ie a sofa!) that would be really useful!
