2 double rooms for rent in cosy, friendly house

2 double rooms available in a 3 bed house. Rooms are both double with built in wardrobes. One has double bed and drawers and other can come furnished or not.

Shared bathroom and living room but also has separate dining room for extra space and a garage for storage. If two people move in then the price will also include a cleaner once a week.

I am an easy going person, professional in the week and enjoy seeing friends at weekends so won't always be around. Would like similar people to live with who are tidy, like to socialise but professional in their work.
