The room available is a small semi-furnished (flexible) double bedroom with built-in wardrobe. There is a shared living area, kitchen and bathroom and access to loft so plenty of room to store things. It is close to the A34, business and retail parks. Off-road parking available. Walking distance to main bus routes, park, shopping and town.
I am a female NHS clinical worker and am looking to share with a quiet, responsible female professional.
Bills incl. council tax and water approximately £190 per month. Deposit is £551.
Mon-Fri/ part-time renters also considered.
