Spacious double room near central Abingdon

Double bedroom available in 2 bed flat. Bills are included. The flat is situated in the popular Penlon Place, which is only a short walk from the town centre and a 1-2 min walk to Waitrose. There is a bus stop at the end of the road which has regular buses to Oxford as well as buses to Didcot and Radley (both with stations). Room is to rent from the middle of January and is available till mid August 2023. I’m ideally looking for someone who would stay the whole period but this is negotiable. The room is fully furnished and comes with everything you need. It also comes with an off street parking space and a regular cleaner.
