We have two lovely double rooms for rent in Wootton, Abingdon. The house is spacious and has two living rooms, a utility room, downstairs toilet, large kitchen, dining room, large garden and driveway that fits 2 cars plus on street parking.

Standard double £330 and £85 bills

Wootton is located 2 miles from Abingdon and has good bus routes into town, both Oxford and Abingdon as well as easy access to the A34 and A420. There is also a handy Co-op and local pub within walking distance of the property.

So a little about us. We are mid-twenties and health care professionals (NHS). We are social outgoing people but respect each other's space. We love chilled nights in, but we love nights out too and can sometimes come home in the late or early hours so if you don't want an occasionally noisy house on weekends then this isn't the houseshare for you unfortunately. We are looking two housemates l, however it would be nice to become friends. Ideally people who are chilled out, fun and outgoing. Our main request is that you muck in and keep the communal areas of the house clean, saying that you can keep your room as messy as you like 😀.

We rent the property through an agent based in Abingdon. You will be required to be put on the tenancy contract which will Result in a small fee which will cover contracts, admin and credit checks. A deposit of £450 is also required. The rooms will not be available until September.

The house is fully furnished, however, the bedrooms are unfurnished. There is a possibility of the tenant selling their furniture for one of the rooms and this can be discussed on viewing.
